TOKYOBAY
In 1991, an artistic collaboration was formed between designers Dory Isaacs from San Francisco and Jun Kobayashi from Tokyo Japan. This was the humble beginning of TOKYObay, a sunglass and watch company based for years in the Bay Area of San Francisco. Upon their retirement, design, distribution, and ownership was transferred to David Spencer and his signature namesake eyewear collection. Today, David Spencer Eyewear is excited to announce the TOKYObay Collection: a series of Japanese Titanium frames inspired by the clean airy design of Japanese pagodas. Each style features an innovative open keyhole bridge as the unifying design aspect. Coloration is strong, with an emphasis on primary hues to compliment familiar profiles. Styles are named after the iconic streets of San Francisco, the original inspiration of the company 30 years ago. Introducing the TOKYObay Eyewear line, innovative eyewear in full color.
